Tendai Nhunzwi

Tendai joined Malilangwe in 2007 as Human Resources Manager, with the Neighbour Outreach Programme added to his portfolio the following year. As General Manager for Human Resources and NOP, he oversees contracts, salaries, and organisational policies, while also guiding community projects that help ensure the Trust’s neighbouring communities benefit in meaningful, lasting ways. With a background in Accounting, Tendai holds an ACCA qualification and a Bachelor of Honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in England.
