We strive to be the best neighbour that anybody could ever wish for. Through our Neighbour Outreach Programme (NOP), we collaborate with communities located within 50km of the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve’s boundaries. It is within these communities that Malilangwe identifies opportunities where our projects will make the most impact.

The biggest part of our community development stems from the fact that the majority of our staff are hired from surrounding areas.
