Tashinga Dzwukutu

Assistant Lodge Manager

“I am driven by a love for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and empowering the teams I work with. Being able to do so in the breathtaking surroundings of Malilangwe, Zimbabwe, is a privilege.”

As a seasoned hospitality professional with over seven years of experience in Welgevonden, Kruger National Park and Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Tashinga was thrilled to join the Singita Pamushana team in 2024. Her academic background in Hospitality Management ignited a passion for hospitality, with a particular interest in the safari lodge industry.

Tashinga says that working at Malilangwe feels like home and she has a sense of belonging and fulfilment that she is grateful for. She is inspired by Malilangwe’s work and our positive impacts through our community and conservation efforts, and she appreciates being able to share this knowledge and the practices we adopt at Malilangwe with her loved ones and the community, promoting a wider understanding and appreciation of our values.
