Douglas is a Class One Motor Mechanic with qualifications in automotive engineering, transport and logistics and vehicle fleet management. Douglas joined Malilangwe in April 2006 and has evolved into the role of Workshops Supervisor. His role includes supervision and quality control of vehicle services and repairs, oversight of workshops technicians and drivers, engine overhauls, welding, panel beating, and generator maintenance and repairs. Douglas ensures all vehicles and machinery are compliant with Zimbabwean regulations. He puts a great amount of effort into ensuring the cogs of Malilangwe turn smoothly.
